She then has time to match you with the right worker from the team on the day\, and make sure any of your extra needs are met! There's a Changing Places faci lity there\, with a ceiling track hoist if you need it. Parents and carers can sit in the Can-Do Café area\, with unlimited free tea\, coffee and b iscuits - or even go for a swim! You're welcome to book both the morning A ND afternoon sessions if you want to make a day of it - we include a compl ementary buffet lunch for you and your parents/carers if you're doing both sessions. Can't wait to see you! Try and arrive in plenty of time to use the bathroom and have a drink\, so that you can be ready for the start at 2pm.
